While ripping up some carpet to put down hardwood in a house we just purchased, we discovered mold in the wall. After some confirmation with a mold inspector, Koss was very quick to get in, find/fix the source of the problem, and replaced the whole wall - inside and out - in just a few days. They kept me updated during the whole process, and verified my approval at each step. After they patched it up and painted, it seriously looks like nothing happened! Without these pictures, no-one would probably believe me that the entire section of the wall was ripped out and replaced.

Highly recommended Koss. They were able to quickly remediate a leak between our 3 seasons room and its abutment with our 2nd story. Great crew, great communication, the work looks great and more important we are now leak free. Will be working with them again on some future projects as a result of this. I hired Koss Remodeling to paint our entire house & remodel a bathroom. Communication was great throughout the entire process. Their quality of work was amazing!
